end-to-end solutions for integrated process equipment and unit operations in GMP environments, from early design through CQV.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead conceptual, preliminary, and detailed process designs\nDevelop deliverables such as:\nFeasibility studies, mass balances, utility sizing\nProcess simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, control strategies\nURS, FDS, equipment specs, cost estimates\nBid packages, commissioning and qualification protocols\nGuide projects from front-end engineering through start-up and CQV\nOversee equipment and utility design (e.g., fermenters, TFF, CIP systems)\nCollaborate with controls, validation, and QA teams\nMentor junior engineers and support proposal development\nMaintain strong client relationships and lead multi-functional teams\nWhat You Bring:\n8+ years in GMP process engineering, ideally with skidded systems\nExperience in process equipment and piping system design\nCommissioning & qualification experience (automated systems preferred)\nFamiliarity with CAD, process control, and validation coordination\nStrong communication, organization, and leadership skills\nComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment\nThis
