Comply with procedures, regulations, rules in maintaining medical records. Perform assessments on clients to assess their conditions and home environments. Teach clients and their families about health care in the home. Data entry submission of documents electronically as required for various authorizations.Education,Experience, and Licensing RequirementsRegistered Nurse, Active Applicable Virginia License,American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS.
