The Store Manager creates a positive, energetic environment where employees are motivated to achieve and exceed sales and customer service goals.\n\nStore Manager Responsibilities\n\n* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Retail Sales Advocates to achieve and exceed sales objectives\n* Drive sales of no-contract wireless phones, service plans, accessories, and related products\n* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting customer relationships\n* Monitor individual and store performance and implement strategies to improve results\n* Recruit, train, develop, and retain team members\n* Create employee schedules and ensure appropriate staffing based on business needs\n* Conduct regular coaching and performance feedback with team members\n* Lead by example in sales, customer service, product knowledge, and professionalism\n* Ensure all company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed\n* Complete daily opening and closing procedures in accordance with established guidelines\n* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment\n* Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and loss-prevention procedures\n* Ensure paperwork, reports, and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and on time\n* Participate in outside sales events, community activities, and promotional initiatives\n* Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays\n* Assist with other store locations or business needs as required\n\nGeneral Duties\n\n* Understand customers’ needs and ensure the team effectively demonstrates how Cricket products and services meet those needs\n* Establish and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals\n* Monitor sales performance and take action to achieve store objectives\n* Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations and personalized solutions\n* Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service\n* Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction\n* Maintain current knowledge of wireless products, services, promotions, and company initiatives\n* Address customer concerns and work to resolve issues professionally and effectively\n* Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable policies\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nA definite advantage is given to individuals who have *bilingual Spanish skills*.
