You will partner to sustain deep relationships with these stakeholders, supporting high priority asks and working to source solutions with data to foster a data narrative. You are the Data Storyteller providing data-driven, contextualized insights to effectively communicate narratives and visualizations. The insights you provide will support the creation, management, and achievement of business objectives along with new focus areas and success measures. In providing useful insights you will help articulate future vision and influence roadmaps. Your direct interaction with the business will craft a discourse to answer strategic questions. You will act as the subject matter expert for measurement and attribution of value for key initiatives.\r\nExpertise you Have and Skills You Bring\r\nStrong expertise in value measurement, attribution, and causal analytics\r\nDemonstrated skills in measuring performance of key strategic programs/ projects/ campaigns\r\nComfortable interpreting measurement results and communicating to executive leadership\r\nExperience analyzing unstructured data like call transcripts, survey verbatims, etc.\r\nAbility to manage sophisticated projects across teams, and exercise influence and autonomy along with shifting priorities and timelines.\r\nAbility to think and work across Fidelity\r\nAct as connection point to other analytical teams within WI and other BUs, form positive relationships to lead and influence cross-functional teams\r\nAbility to coach and guide analysts across WI and other BUs\r\nExperience in interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization and craft executive level presentations to tell the data story\r\nProficiency in verbal / written communication and comfort with presentation tools, including the Microsoft Office suite and ThinkCell, Tableau or PowerBI\r\nBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred\r\nPrior experience working in a role requiring working across functions and business units (desired)\r\nExpert at synthesizing data / trends in order to develop key insights / storylines that help to effectively connect with leaders\r\nExperience working with data environments and knowledge in querying language and/or querying applications (SQL, Python) to create, manipulate and transform large datasets.\r\nShould be highly organized, curious, self-motivated with strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.\r\nAgility in adapting to new and changing business areas and taking initiative to drive projects forward in a sophisticated, cross-functional working environment\r\nFidelity’s Onsite Working Model\r\nFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
