PD&E has become a major supplier of high voltage assemblies, voltage regulator modules, power converters, circuit cards and cable assemblies.\nJob Description:\nThis position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” which has obtained United States Citizenship.\nAbility to use industry standard hand tools.\nAbility to solder in conformance with IPC standards.\nExperienced in detailed electronic and electrical assembly.\nCapable of assembling complex wire harnesses, cable assemblies, rectifiers, circuit cards and higher-level items such as hybrid sensors, power filters, voltage regulators and power supplies.\nDemonstrates an interest in personal learning and development. Seeks feedback from multiple sources about how to improve and develop; modifies behavior based on feedback or self-analysis of past performance. Takes steps to develop and maintain the knowledge, skill, and ability to achieve goals.\nDemonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work performed.\nPreferred Skill Requirements:\nTechnically minded individual with a logical hands-on approach.\nAbility to mentally retain information on multiple ongoing projects on a day to day basis.\nAbility to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.\nFamiliar with different standard manufacturing processes.\nDemonstrate the ability to work in a team environment or independently to complete tasks.\nDaily Tasks:\nManufacturing / Assembling Products\nProducing Jigs / Fixtures for Production\nSetup / Breakdown of Production Runs\nAssisting with Epoxy Encapsulation/Molding\nIn Process Inspection /Testing\nMarking / Branding of Finished Products\nGeneral Production Shop Maintenance /Organization\nSome on the job training will be provided for this position so the applicant can meet the company’s expectations. The applicant is expected to have already developed some of their own skill sets in electronics and manufacturing and blend new learned skills as certain jobs mandate.
