This is a hands-on role that is expected to serve as a Finance Business Partner supporting the different business areas in the regular business course, specific projects, or any ad-hoc requests. The role requires a good understanding of the overall business around the different BRP brands, allowing for meaningful recommendations on key business in and outside of finance.\r\nYOU\\'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:\r\nContribute to the finance team, supporting on sales program initiatives and customer business initiatives.\r\nSupport business functions as a Finance Business partner such as Market Planning, Sales, Sales Programs on key business initiatives.\r\nAnalyze big data in relation to wholesale and retailprograms and contributewithinsightful finance related information.\r\nIdentity and act on opportunities to automate and improve processes as well as analytical tools.\r\nYOU\\'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:\r\nRequired\r\nA college senior level student currently enrolled in a Bachelor\\'s / Masters degree in Finance, Accounting or related analytics program graduating in Spring 2026 or Winter 2026, with a 3.5 GPA or higher\r\nAdvanced Excel knowledge\r\nMust have the following knowledge: Direct margin calculations and percentages, statistics, data analytics, basic accounting knowledge, profit & loss statement reading as well as financial planning & analysis.\r\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\r\nAvailable to work a minimum of 30 hours for the duration of the internship.\r\nPreferred\r\nSelf-starter with a demonstrated track record of taking initiative\r\nPowerPivot, PowerQuery, SQL\r\nExperience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Knime, Alteryx.\r\nAdditional details\r\nPosition requires current work authorization.
