This is a temp-to-hire position.\nShift:\nMonday - Thursday 6am-3:30pm\nEvery other Friday 6am-2:30pm\nPay: $18/hr\nJob Responsibilities:\nOperate production line equipment and tools to manufacture solar panel bracket\nFast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and moving parts.\nAssemble bracket components according to specifications and engineering drawings.\nInspect finished products for defects, accuracy, and quality standards.\nFollow production schedules to meet daily output and efficiency goals.\nMonitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.\nAssist with loading raw materials and unloading finished goods as needed.\nAdhere to all company safety, quality, and operational policies and procedures.\nAbility to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production machinery.\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience on production line or assembly within a manufacturing environment\nComfortable with repetitive motions, twisting, pushing with arms\nConfident with various hand tools and power tools - specifically Allen wrenches and drills\nTeam player\nAble to follow verbal directions and apply feedback from management - good listener\nSafety awareness\nAbility to stand for 8+ hours at one station\nHand eye coordination\nAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods\nOwn or acquire steel/composite toe boots/sneakers before start date\nAbility to pass a drug test and background check\n#INDAZ\nQualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
