The Recruiter supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.\nTransdev is proud to offer\n\nCompetitive compensation package of $24/hr. - maximum $29.04/hr.\n\nBenefits include\n\nPaid Vacation, Sick Time and Holidays.\n\nOther standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFull cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System - Jobvite\n\nCreate and maintain employee files - complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork\n\nManage driver & staff payroll and leaves of absence, including, employee FMLA tracking\n\nEducate employees on benefits provided\n\nQuality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements.\n\nSupport employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.\n\nOther duties as required\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nMinimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.\n\nCollege course work in a related field preferred.\n\nComputer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office\n\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\n\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nThe essential functions of this position require the ability to\n\nSit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces\n\nPush and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level\n\nWithstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
