This role contributes to QA automation, test frameworks, and ongoing improvements to the test life cycle.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamDesign, write, and maintain test specifications and automated test scriptsApply testing methodologies across the test and bug life cycles to validate featuresUse testing tools to execute tests, log defects, and verify fixesCollaborate closely with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issuesContribute to development and improvement of test automation frameworks and systemsWork within a Scrum/Agile team and coordinate with remote team members when neededUse scripting languages (HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Python, Shell) to support automation and testing tasksHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role2–5 years of experience in quality assurance and automationEducation in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; BE or Diploma in Animation notedStrong understanding of software testing fundamentals, methodologies, and the test life cycleExperience writing and maintaining test specs and automated test scriptsHands-on experience with scripting/programming languages (Java, ActionScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar)Familiarity with automated testing tools and building test automation frameworksExcellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in EnglishGood problem-solving, diagnostic, and time-management skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutProduction/test experience in the Gaming/Animation industryExperience with animation authoring tools (Flash/Animate) or ACE certificationPrior experience troubleshooting complex web/media applicationsReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
