Sets objectives and manages planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProgram Strategy & Planning\r\nDefine AI program roadmaps aligned with business objectives.\r\nDevelop program charters, milestones, and measurable success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).\r\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.\r\nCross-Functional Leadership\r\nCoordinate across Data Science, ML Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams.\r\nFacilitate stakeholder alignment between technical and non-technical leaders.\r\nManage vendor and third-party AI solution partnerships.\r\nExecution & Delivery\r\nOversee end-to-end AI lifecycle: problem definition -> data preparation -> model development -> deployment -> monitoring.\r\nImplement Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.\r\nEnsure production readiness, scalability, and governance.\r\nStakeholder Communication\r\nProvide executive-level updates on AI program progress.\r\nTranslate technical concepts into business impact narratives.\r\nPartner with AI adoption and change management team to drive adoption across the organization.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree\r\n5+ years of program/project management experience.\r\n2+ years managing AI/ML or data-driven initiatives.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.\r\nStrong understanding of AI lifecycle.\r\nML/LLMOps concepts, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\r\nExperience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies.\r\nPay Range\r\nThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
