You will work at the intersection of technical delivery teams, regional stakeholders, and quality assurance processes to ensure projects are delivered predictably, compliantly, and on schedule.\nMain Responsibilities\nProject Coordination & Delivery\nCoordinate the day-to-day execution of international, cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery and operational consistency.\nMonitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence.\nGovernance & Planning\nMaintain project schedules and documentation.\nCoordinate resource allocation and support project planning and staffing activities across regional teams.\nEnsure adherence to established project governance processes and reporting standards.\nRisk & Quality Management\nIdentify project risks proactively and maintain mitigation plans.\nSupport delivery activities that align with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational best practices.\nAssist with project audits, documentation, and compliance activities as required.\nPerformance & KPI Tracking\nTrack, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.\nProvide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership to support informed decision-making.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as a primary point of contact between regional teams, local IT, implementation partners, and technical stakeholders.\nFacilitate clear communication regarding project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.\nQualifications\nYou are a highly organized, process-oriented professional with a strong technical or healthcare background who enjoys coordinating complex initiatives and driving projects forward.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience working in IT, software implementation, healthcare technology, or medical technology environments.\nFamiliarity with software implementation lifecycles and technical project coordination.\nComfortable working alongside technical teams, even without hands-on software engineering or development experience.\nStrong organizational skills with experience maintaining project documentation, governance processes, risk registers, and KPI reporting.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting projects within regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other compliance-driven environments.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems, ISO standards, or regulated implementation processes is a plus.\nEEO Statement\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
