This role drives coordinated execution across projects to ensure programs deliver value on time and within defined parameters.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\nSupport program strategy and define scope, objectives, and deliverables.\r\nOversee planning, resource coordination, timelines, and cross team dependencies.\r\nTrack progress, escalate risks, and adjust plans to maintain program alignment.\r\nFacilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure consistent communication.\r\nMonitor program level risks, issues, and change impacts.\r\nEnsure compliance with delivery processes, governance, and quality standards.\r\nCoordinate with vendor partners and track contract deliverables.\r\nCreate cost plans and forecasts using estimates and resource inputs from cross functional teams.\r\nMonitor actuals and report variances, outlining mitigation steps to stay within approved thresholds.\r\nTrack and report program financials, highlighting risks such as invoicing issues or other concerns.\r\nMay be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.\r\n8+ years of experience in project or program management.\r\nStrong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.\r\nExperience managing interdependencies across teams.\r\nProficiency in financial management and reporting at both the program and project level.\r\nBackground delivering work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nCertification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SAFe).\r\nDemonstrated ability to lead large-scale programs.\r\nAt Ahold Delhaize USA, we provide services to one of the largest portfolios of grocery companies in the nation, and we're actively seeking top talent.\r\nOur team shares a common motivation to drive change, take ownership and enable our brands to better care for their customers.
