Duties include; identifying barriers to progress, initiation and carrying out program plans, evaluating progress, record keeping,and meeting and maintaining all rules and regulations of Pathfinder Inc.\r\nMONDAY-FRIDAY 7:30AM-3:30PM\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nDirect supervision and monitoring of trainees at all times.\r\nCoordinates activities and opportunities for individuals to meet objectives.\r\nAnalyzes and resolves problems or assist trainees in problem solving.\r\nEstablish or adjust procedures to accomplish task.\r\nInterpret task assignments to trainees.\r\nProvide necessary supplies and materials to implement social and prevocational training projects.\r\nInterprets and enforces all company policies, procedures and safety regulations to trainees.\r\nInspects contract work produced to determine if items meet business specifications.\r\nMaintains progress and collect data reports on participants.\r\nMaintains time and production records.\r\nInitiates or implements to motivate trainees to achieve their goals.\r\nAnalyzes and resolves problems or assists trainees in problem solving.\r\nAssists counselors and program evaluator's in formulation and revision of individual program plans.\r\nInstructs and supervises trainees with daily living skills and the maintenance of clean workshop areas.\r\nConfers with other Program Training Instructors, Vocational Counselors, Mental Health, O.T., P.T. and Speech staff to coordinate activities and therapies.\r\nTransport individuals to and from workshop.\r\nBasic Excel knowledge needed.\r\nPerform any other related duties as required or assigned.\r\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\r\nHigh school Diploma or GED.\r\nOther job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements, except for certification or licensure requirements, upon approval of the qualifications reviewed by Human Resources.\r\nREQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\r\nDriving for Pathfinder MAY be required under certain circumstances.\r\nMUST BE ABLE TO PASS APPLICABLE BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG SCREEN.
