Client Services Account ManagerDepartment:Client ServicesReports to:Vice President, Client ServicesLocation:Southington, CTSchedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility required based on client needs)Compensation:$18 to $25 per hourEmployment Type:Temporary to PermanentStart Date:ASAPPosition SummaryThe Client Services Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring operational needs are met and projects are executed successfully. This role works closely with internal departments including warehouse operations, IT, billing, and leadership to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, and support overall business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, managing daily communication and supportResearch, document, and resolve client issues promptly with clear follow up and resolutionCollaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and address order fulfillment challengesPartner with Sales and Leadership to onboard new clients, including SOP coordination, billing setup, and systems trainingTrack and report on account performance metrics and consult clients on best practices and service improvementsSupport special projects such as kitting, audits, and new product launches by developing timelines and coordinating executionMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, escalation management, and problem solvingAssist with additional duties as needed to support department and company initiativesQualifications3 to 5 years of direct client account management experience, preferably within logistics, distribution, or fulfillmentStrong project management, organizational, and follow up skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present professionally to clientsProven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutionsHighly self motivated, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with ERP systems, WMS, or CRM platforms preferredExperience supporting big box or retail distribution environments is a plusSupply chain or related background preferred or equivalent experiencePay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
