Title: Nurse Practitioner – Float (Primary Care/Urgent Care)Location: Chagrin Falls, OH (On-site / Float to nearby clinics)Pay: $74.87/hour (W2)Type: Contract / Temporary – 26 weeks | 40 hrs/weekStart Date: Approx. June 2026 (per client schedule)About the RoleA-Line Staffing is hiring a Nurse Practitioner for a float assignment based out of Chagrin Falls, OH. This is an on-site, patient-facing role supporting multiple clinic locations in the area. Candidates must have recent primary care or urgent care experience.This is a float position and will travel as needed to clinics including (not limited to): Chardon, Painesville, Willoughby, Lyndhurst, Mayfield, Woodmere, Bainbridge, Twinsburg, Aurora, Hudson, Westlake, Strongsville, Parma, Lakewood, North Olmsted, Northfield, and more.Schedule / HoursMonday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PMSaturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMSunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PMEvery other weekend required (possible holiday rotations)ResponsibilitiesProvide evidence-based primary and family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, and health counselingDeliver services such as health screenings, wellness support, and chronic condition managementCollaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to drive patient outcomesPerform clinic operations/admin tasks (opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification/payment collection, maintaining a clean environment)Conduct routine examinations and support patient appointment flowRequired QualificationsActive NP (or PA) license in good standing with no current/prior disciplinary actions in the state of employmentMinimum 1 year recent Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (required)Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program + current National Board CertificationAbility to work on-site and float between clinics as neededAdditional note: Unless otherwise specified, DEA registration will be required during onboarding.All MinuteClinic roles are safety sensitive.Benefits (per client program)Benefits available to eligible full-time employees after 90 days401(k) with company match available after 1 year of serviceTo ApplyApply now through ZipRecruiter and we'll follow up with next steps.
