Jimmy John's - 733 Loews Boulevard - Responsibilities: Oversee all in-store operations including staffing/scheduling, food safety, inventory/stock ordering, COGS management, cash handling and brand compliance; Ensure store is in exceptional order and employees perform duties properly and efficiently; Coach and task-manage employees on store operations; Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision; Maintain high performance in fast-paced, high-stress environments
