You'll work directly alongside the Executive Director, bringing structure, process, and energy to a program that is just getting off the ground.\r\nAs Program Manager, you will be the operational engine behind Running to Lead. This isn't a support role, its a builder role. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Executive Director to design and execute every aspect of the program, from recruiting participants to coordinating trainers to tracking outcomes.
