LCS is seeking a Solutions Consultant - Insurance to help expand adoption of our insurance offering within our flagship product, Rent Manager. In this role, you'll lead customer conversations, demonstrate how our insurance solutions integrate seamlessly into existing workflows, and support Sales in identifying and advancing opportunities.This is a revenue-influencing role - you won't sell or contract insurance directly, but you'll play a critical part in driving growth by shaping deals, educating customers, and ensuring a smooth path from discovery through partner handoff. If you enjoy translating complex solutions into clear value and collaborating across teams to move opportunities forward, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead insurance-focused conversations with prospective and existing customers, explaining insurance offerings and how they integrate into Rent Manager workflows.Articulate value, use cases, and operational benefits of the insurance solution in clear, customer-friendly terms.Serve as the insurance subject-matter expert during sales cycles; ensure customers understand the solution prior to partner introduction.Support Outside Sales and Inside Sales teams on new logo and existing customer expansion opportunities; help identify, shape, and advance insurance opportunities.Partner with insurance partners to facilitate warm handoffs, joint calls, and coordinated follow-up to support deal closure.Quarterback insurance opportunities from initial engagement through partner close, maintaining deal momentum and reducing stall risk.Educate Sales teams on insurance offerings, workflows, positioning, and common customer questions; advise when to engage a Solutions Consultant.Develop and refine insurance-related sales materials, talk tracks, and best practices in collaboration with Sales leadership.Maintain a deep understanding of insurance offerings and the Rent Manager integration; provide limited support for integration questions and coordinate with Product/Support as needed.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Partners to ensure accurate information is shared and customer experience is consistent.Track insurance-related activity and opportunity influence within CRM; contribute to forecasting and reporting related to insurance adoption and growth.Share customer feedback, objections, and market insights to improve messaging, enablement, and sales effectiveness.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in sales, solutions consulting, enablement, or customer-facing rolesExperience with insurance, fintech, or integrated SaaS solutions strongly preferredFamiliarity working alongside Sales teams and external partnersAbility to explain complex concepts in clear, customer-friendly termsProven ability to collaborate across Sales, Partners, and internal teamsStrong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through and deal momentumComfort operating in a revenue-influencing role without direct contract ownershipBenefitsHealth, dental, & vision insuranceWellness program with rewards for healthy activities401(K) with employer matchAnnual company bonus10 paid company holidaysPaid time offLife insurancePaid medical leave/disability insurancePaid paternal leaveContemporary office building, wooded campus with nature trailOn-site fitness centerOne of Cincinnati's "Top Places to Work"Hybrid work schedule available; 50% in the office, 50% remoteAbout LCSLondon Computer Systems (LCS), based in Cincinnati, Ohio, builds software and technology solutions that help businesses thrive.
