Compensation is $22.00 per hour based on experience.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports management and leadershipHandle all administrative duties in a timely mannerMaking patient appointments and checking in patientsScheduling procedures and testingOrdering supplies and maintain inventoryEMR (Electronic Medical Record) data entryGeneral administrative dutiesConfirm insurance benefits as noted on patient chartPerform other job-related duties as assignedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrating knowledge of schedulingStrong organization with attention to detailAnalytical problem-solving skillsDemonstrates ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and as a team memberDemonstrates computer literacyGood attitude, professionalism, promote team structure'Bilingual Required (English/Spanish)Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields Strong organizational skills Insurance verification experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills
