accessibility and workflow automation.Develop cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to rapidly prototype and deliver innovative solutions.Support high-performance data processing pipelines and cloud-based applications.Follow software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, CI/CD, and documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related technical field.5+ years of software engineering experience with Python.MUST be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.AWS Developer Certification (or equivalent AWS certification).Strong experience developing applications in AWS cloud environments.Hands-on experience with:AWS Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, SNSEKS, ECS, S3, ALBTerraform (Infrastructure as Code)Event-driven and serverless architecturesExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred), and cloud deployment best practices.Knowledge of data structures, API/schema design, and distributed systems.Preferred:Experience working within scientific, research, life sciences, or bioinformatics environments.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and GenAI technologies.Experience with React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or Java.Experience developing applications for high-performance
