The ability to efficiently triage changes of patient conditions such as infections, falls, behavioral issues, and lab results, is a necessity. The ideal candidate must be friendly, outgoing, motivated, and have sufficient clinical experience including experience with using electronic health records. Candidates must be able to multitask in a busy environment and be comfortable providing care across multiple areas of a health system.\n\nJob Skills\nBedside nurse experience strongly preferred.\nExperience with geriatrics/residential facility/skilled nursing facility a must\nCase management (care plan development)\nPhone triage with clinical provider or patient\nMinimum of 3 years' experience preferred\nThe individual should possess the following attributes\nExcellent conversational and active listening skills\nAbility to motivate and empathize with patients and their families\nCustomer service orientation\nDedicated, reliable, punctual, and flexible\nTriage/de-escalation skills\nMaryland license preferred, US nursing license required.\n\nThis position is full-time, and hours may evolve.
