This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional looking to build hands-on experience designing modern data solutions that directly impact business operations and decision making. In this role you will work closely with cross functional teams to help transition and modernize our existing ETL pipelines into scalable ELT processes, develop reporting and dashboard solutions, and support future AI and analytics initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain ELT pipelines that move and transform data between business systems and databases\n\nAssist in transitioning ETL workflows into scalable, efficient ELT processes\n\nWork with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases to support operational and analytical needs\n\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects\n\nCreate and maintain business reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, SSRS, and related reporting tools\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights\n\nMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, integrations, and reporting workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy\n\nDocument data processes, workflows, and technical solutions for internal teams\n\nCollaborate with software developers and operational teams to support enterprise data initiatives\n\nStay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data engineering and analytics\n\nRequirements:\n\nAssociate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field\n\n0-3 years of professional experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or related technical roles\n\nStrong foundational knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts\n\nExperience working with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB\n\nFamiliarity with data integration and workflow tools such as Apache Nifi\n\nExperience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, SSRS, or similar business intelligence platforms\n\nUnderstanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data transformation workflows\n\nBasic understanding of data modeling, normalization, and database design principles\n\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a collaborative environment\n\nEagerness to learn new technologies and grow within a data engineering career path\n\nIf you meet the above requirements and are excited about the opportunity to work with a talented team on challenging projects, we encourage you to apply.
