As we continue to expand our operations and drive forward our commitment to growth and sustainability, we are seeking a dynamic and results driven Corrugated Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview:As a Corrugated Packaging Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will leverage your industry knowledge and consultative selling skills to identify client packaging needs, present innovative corrugated solutions, and close new business opportunities. This position works closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality packaging solutions that exceed customer expectations. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership and attention to detail skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities:Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target markets for corrugated packaging solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as their trusted packaging advisor. Conduct consultative sales calls, presentations, and facility tours to understand customer packaging requirements and recommend tailored solutions. Collaborate with the Corrugated Design Lead and design team to develop custom packaging concepts that meet client objectives for protection, branding, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and specifications in coordination with production and design teams. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through order fulfillment and ongoing account management. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in corrugated packaging materials and technologies. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.  Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably in corrugated packaging or packaging products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and developing new accounts. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in corrugated packaging materials, printing, structural design, and sustainability options. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Science, or a related field is preferred.  Benefits:-         Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure-         Bonus opportunities-         Outstanding medical and dental insurance-         401K retirement account with company match-         Company funded Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Account-         Paid vacation and holidays-         Opportunities for professional development and advancement-         A collaborative and supportive work environment-         The chance to work on exciting projects across various industries
