Effect change across the enterprise.\nYour Skills and Expertise:\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma (verified and completed prior to start) and Eight (8) years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science in a private, public, government, or military environment.\nOR\nBachelor's degree or higher (verified and completed prior to start) and Five (5) years of experience within the Information Technology or Computer Science field.\nAND\nFive (5) years of full-stack AWS Cloud Native application development, with Typescript and/or Python. IaC development in Typescript, CloudFormation, or Python in a private, public, government or military environment\n\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nStrong written and verbal communicator with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.\nFlexible and adaptable skillset to meet the growing challenges of a modernizing organization.\nNatural educator who enjoys mentoring others, ensuring their achievement.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
