The ideal candidate brings both server and bartender experience to the table and can move seamlessly between the floor and the bar as business demands.\nIf you're personable, quick on your feet, and love the buzz of a busy venue, you'll fit right in.\nRequirements\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nMust hold a current Texas Alcohol Seller/Server (TABC) Certification at time of application\nPrior server and bartender experience required\nComfortable working in a high-volume, high-energy setting\nAvailability for evenings, weekends, and holidays\nExperience with Toast POS preferred (training provided)\nAbility to stand, walk, and carry trays/glassware throughout an entire shift\nServer Responsibilities\nGreet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from start to finish\nTake and enter food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS\nMake menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink offerings\nDeliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction\nMaintain clean, stocked, and organized service areas and courts\nProcess payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions responsibly\nCommunicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and floor staff to keep service moving\nAnticipate guest needs and resolve concerns quickly and positively\nBartender Responsibilities\nPrepare and serve a full range of beverages, from bottled beer to craft cocktails\nMix drinks accurately and consistently to recipe and presentation standards\nVerify guest age and serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with TABC regulations\nMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift\nMonitor inventory and restock liquor, beer, garnishes, and supplies as needed\nRing in orders and process transactions through Toast POS\nKeep pace during peak volume while maintaining quality and a friendly attitude\nFollow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines\nWhat You'll Bring\nA positive, energetic attitude and a team-first mindset\nStrong communication and multitasking skills\nA commitment to responsible alcohol service\nReliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic\nA genuine love for creating great guest experiences\nThe Pickle Pad & Crave Social Eatery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
