Must have a mechanical aptitude and must be willing to learn on an ongoing basis. Must be dependable, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Culligan offers competitive wages plus a commission plan and a generous benefits package.ResponsibilitiesSafe operation of a Company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal DOT lawsAbide by all company policies as contained in the company employee handbook while following safety proceduresPerform complete diagnostics on commercial water treatment equipment, identify malfunctions, and resolve issues accordinglyProvide scheduled maintenance on water treatment equipmentIdentify additional services that may be required and present all options to the consumerRepresent Culligan through direct interaction with customers. Communicate the status of equipment with customers and provide solutionsComplete basic installation and removal of water treatment equipmentAssemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or solderingInstall pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for water treatment equipment using hand or power toolsMeasure, cut, thread, or bend pipe to the required angle using hand or power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, or pipe-bending machinesReview blueprints, building codes, or specifications to determine work details or procedures RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAppropriate, valid driver's license5 years experience in commercial/Industrial HVAC3 years experience in commercial/Industrial plumbingQualified candidates must have the ability to lift up to 80 poundsDrive for extended periods (2-3 hours)Knowledge of the surrounding area where you would be workingMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)Kneel/bend for extended periods of timeAbout CulliganAs the world's leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
