This role supports OKO Group's active pipeline of luxury residential and mixed-use developments across South Florida, working across multiple concurrent projects from acquisition through delivery.\n\nReports To:\nChief Operating Officer\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\n\nProject Assistance: Support the development team in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including site acquisition, due diligence, design, financing, and construction.\n\nMarket Research: Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks associated with new development projects.\n\nFinancial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial models, pro formas, and budget analyses to assess the feasibility and profitability of projects.\n\nDocumentation: Prepare and organize project documentation, including reports, presentations, and project schedules, ensuring all materials are accurate and up to date.\n\nCoordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.\n\nRegulatory Compliance: Assist in navigating zoning and permitting processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.\n\nSite Visits: Participate in site visits and project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and support the development team.\n\nResearch and Reporting: Compile research findings and create reports to support decision-making and project proposals.\n\nAll other duties assigned by management.\n\nRequired Tools & Technical Skills:\n\nProficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and pro forma analysis\n\nWorking knowledge of Bluebeam (or comparable markup software) for plan review and redlining\n\nExperience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet for schedule tracking\n\nFamiliarity with Argus Enterprise a plus\n\nOral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.\n\nWritten Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.\n\nProblem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem-solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.\n\nPlanning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently; plans for additional resources; sets goals and objectives; organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; develops realistic action plans.\n\nInitiative - Volunteers readily; undertakes self-development activities;
