In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our comprehensive data pipeline, integrating upstream data sources such as patients, prescribers, and pharmacies, and delivering data to internal teams and external clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will lead a team of onshore and offshore engineers, guiding the engineering efforts related to all data-related processes within the company. Your expertise will ensure that our data systems are robust, scalable, and secure, supporting decision-making, analytics, and product development.
