Please see the job details below:Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RNLocation: Warwick, RI 02886Facility type: Nursing HomeShift: 3pm - 11pm (Five days in a week that includes EOW)Contract: 11 weeksPay rate: $52/hr on W2Guaranteed hrs. 40 hrs/weekStart: ASAPREQUIRED:Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).BLS/CPR preferredMin 1 -2 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.
