Join us in building the future.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Developer with deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM). This role will partner and lead the development and support of complex integrations between SAP HCM systems-particularly SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and other third-party HR platforms, including external vendors.\nThe ideal candidate will combine technical mastery of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) with a strong understanding of HR business processes, data security, and compliance requirements. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless data exchange across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and legal systems. Experience with SAP Payroll and Employee modules is highly desired.\nLocation\nThis is a work from home position within the US.\nThe Main Responsibilities\n\nDesign and implement end-to-end integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite\n\nDevelop and maintain interfaces between SAP HCM (on-premise and/or SuccessFactors) and third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms, identity management)\n\nCollaborate with functional HCM teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions\n\nEnsure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows for performance and reliability, providing root cause analysis and long-term fixes.\n\nEnsure compliance with data security and privacy standards, especially for sensitive HR data\n\nDocument integration designs, configurations, and support procedures\n\nStay current with SAP integration technologies and best practices\n\nWhat We Look For in a Candidate\n\n7+ years of experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite development\n\nStrong understanding of SAP HCM modules and related business processes\n\nProficiency in iFlows, Groovy scripting, OData, SOAP, REST, and SFTP protocols\n\nExperience with SuccessFactors, SAP PI/PO, and BTP is a plus\n\nFamiliarity with HR data structures, IDocs, and BAPIs\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\nSAP CPI certification or equivalent credentials.\n\nExperience with SAP API Management, SAP Event Mesh, or SAP BTP.\n\nKnowledge of HR compliance standards and data privacy regulations.\n\nKnowledge of Authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, Basic Auth)\n\nKnowledge of Secure file transfers (SFTP, HTTPS)\n\nExperience with middleware tools such as BMC Control-M or SAP PI/PO.\n\nCompensation\nThis information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
