This position will be responsible for cleaning general facility areas, including offices, bathrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and warehouse areas. The facility is currently under construction, so the individual in this role must be comfortable working independently and maintaining cleanliness throughout the building as operations continue to develop. This position will remain in place once the facility is fully open.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nClean and maintain offices, bathrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and warehouse areas.\nSweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed.\nHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nMonitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when supplies are running low.\nFollow general cleaning instructions and complete assigned tasks independently.\nReport any facility concerns, spills, or maintenance needs to management.\nUse company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.\nMust be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.\nAbility to follow general directions and complete assigned cleaning tasks.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift and carry cleaning supplies or trash as needed.\n\nBenefits\nCompany-paid health, dental, and vision insurance\n401(k) plan with employer match\nPaid Holidays, Floating Holidays, and Paid Time Off (PTO)\nTuition and Certification Reimbursement programs\nRTD EcoPass for public transportation\n\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role helps keep the facility clean, safe, and ready for daily operations.
