This role monitors employee performance, provides coaching, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to maintain efficient warehouse or production operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTrain new hires on packing processes, equipment, and company policies.\nDemonstrate proper packing techniques to ensure product quality and damage prevention.\nConduct refresher training for current employees as needed.\nMonitor employee performance and provide coaching to improve accuracy and efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.\nEvaluate trainee progress and maintain training records.\nAssist supervisors in identifying skill gaps and developing training plans.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce errors.\nEnsure proper use of packing materials and equipment.\nWork closely with warehouse or production supervisors to maintain operational standards.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nPrevious warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience preferred.\nAbility to demonstrate packing procedures clearly and effectively.\nKnowledge of workplace safety practices.\nBasic computer skills for maintaining training records.\nAbility to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.\nSkills:\nTraining and coaching\nAttention to detail\nQuality control\nTime management\nLeadership\nProblem-solving\nTeamwork\nCommunication\nOrganization\nWorking Conditions:\nWarehouse environment.\nStanding for extended periods.\nFrequent lifting, bending, and reaching.\nMay require overtime, or shift work based on production needs.\nTakeuchi Mfg (US) Ltd is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
