We are committed to ongoing personal and professional development and believe that recruiting diverse talent strengthens our high-performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct growth and developmentAlign with commercial leadership and execute CHB sales strategyDefine value proposition and differentiators for CHB productDevelop creative solutions that align with our product offeringsAlign with CHB tender team to ensure high quality, competitive response to RFI/RFQ’sUnderstand client’s business for competitive pricing proposalsParticipate in major accounts’ business reviews, if applicable.Grow the sales pipelineDefine growth opportunities by collaborating with Sales teamDeliver pipeline growth and new revenue in line with the planSupport all SFDC initiatives and requirementsWork with the account owner with direct engagement as SMEActively pursue cross-selling opportunitiesPartner with solutions team to develop new offerings to clientsActive participation in team meetings to help drive engagementOnce business has been secured, lead implementation calls, set up customers in our system through POA receipt, etc. Ensure customer is properly onboarded prior to go liveSupport sales teams with credit application questions, client codes, GP/REV distribution.Required Experience & SkillsCustoms Broker’s License a preferred with minimum 8-10 years industry experience in Customs Brokerage, Trade Compliance and proven business development track recordBachelor's degree preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skillsExcellent customer service skillsStrong understanding of CHB requirements including QBR’s standard KPI requirements and standard reportsDirect and in-person employee and client contact, travel requiredStrong knowledge of CHB product / marketCollaborative mindset, creative problem solving, analytical skillsStrong business and commercial understandingAbility to manage complexityMust work well under pressure handling multiple tasksUnderstands global supply chain and the value of CHB Expertise in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Technology and or AutomotiveJob Type:Full TimeSalary:$100,000 - $120,000*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
