The successful candidate will assist with contract administration, monitor on-site work, coordinate with project teams, and support quality control and project documentation throughout construction.\n\nResponsibilities:\nProvide full-time field administration for the assigned project.\nMonitor and inspect contractor work on site.\nAssist with contract administration and project coordination.\nSupport quality control and construction documentation.\nTrack construction progress and report project issues.\nCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and project staff.\nAssist with scheduling, field reporting, and project closeout.\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in the general construction industry.\nExperience with construction administration, field monitoring, or inspection.\nStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.\nAbility to work full-time on site during active construction.\nFamiliarity with quality control, field reporting, and contractor coordination.\nPreferred:\nNew York State Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.\nExperience with public institutional or higher education projects preferred.\nExperience with renovation and addition projects preferred.\nLocation:\nBuffalo, NY\n\nEstimated Annual Salary Expectations:\n$120,000-$140,000/year\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
