Including 3.2 Meter UV Hybrids and Flatbeds, along with 63-inch Roll-to-Roll Printers. While maintaining high-quality standards and workload balancing in a fast-paced environment. The ability to perform basic troubleshooting, follow work orders, and communicate machine conditions is key. A keen eye for detail is a must, and a team-centered mindset is required.\nWe’re looking for someone who is available to work third shift. If you’re seeking a stable position in a fast-growing company, then we want to meet you!\nBENEFITS\nMedical, Dental, Vision\nLife/AD&D Insurance\n401(k) with matching\nAccident Insurance\nFSA, HSA\nMonthly Cookie Days!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOperates Large Format Printers: efi Vutek, efi Q3H XP, Canon, Epson\nOccasionally operate ancillary Large Format Equipment: Kongsberg, Fotoba, Seal\nBuild and maintain a strong understanding of Print media and output techniques.\nPrecisely follow work orders.\nTrack quantities and versions printed.\nPerform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance machine routines.\nInventory and order Ink and Consumables.\nCommunicate Print requirements to the Prepress Department.\nContribute to Team workshops and training events.\nAttend and participate in team production meetings.\nIdentify and assess quality defects in Media and Print.\nFollow standard protocols and contribute to the development of new internal processes.\nProvide exceptional service and support to the sales and project management teams.\nHandle heavy Rolls and Rigid Sheets of Printing Media.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAt least two (2) years of experience operating Large, Wide, or Grand format printers\nKnowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, RIP’s, and/or Workflow Software is a plus.\nESSENTIAL ABILITIES\nBasic Electro/Mechanical Skills\nJudge Print and End Product quality\nColor Assessment\nInitiative to grow Professionally\nTeam Oriented\nResourcefulness\nPersonally Credible\nProblem Solving\nPossess a Passion for Print\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nHand dexterity and strength required.\nFlexibility in work hours may be required.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.\nThis position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.\nThe employee must frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
