Has authority to make recommendations that contribute to the identification, development, and monetization of revenue streams, connecting different revenue-related functions, from marketing to sales to installations, customer success, pricing, and revenue operations.Preference to have successful completion of a bachelor’s degree and seven years of customer-facing experience as a member of a high performing sales team developing key relationships with decision makers. Must have demonstrated experience in property technology, closing sales in voice, data, and video technology for customers in the hospitality and multi-family commercial real estate development, construction, and ownership space. Must be able and remain flexible to travel to various current and prospective customer, sales, and project locations - domestic and internationally, as needed.Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities Work independently to execute as a high performing sales team member, partnering with marketing, to drive the go to market strategy for the company and bring Allbridge solutions to multiple executive and senior levels in the decision-making value chain (i.e., owner, developer, general contractor, consultant, property managers, etc.) communicating a clear vision and revenue strategy for future growth that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. Build a deep pipeline to achieve results impacting Revenue and Gross Margins of the business operations. Work closely with Marketing on ensuring investments and lead generation are aligned with our customers and go to market strategy – including well planned and coordinated industry events/tradeshows Has authority to make recommendations that contribute to the identification, development, and monetization of revenue streams, connecting different revenue-related functions, from marketing to sales to installations, customer success, pricing, and revenue operations. Engage customers to contribute to the total Allbridge Sales (Bookings), Install Revenue and Margins and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Take ownership to fulfill a robust pipeline of deals to deliver on specific monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets for recurring and non-recurring bookings/sales. Drive a formal and informal operating cadence to ensure connection and visibility within the sales organization and across all key Allbridge teams. Accelerate focus on and growth of managed services solutions to our customers and deliver associated Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets Contribute to a value proposition and sales coverage model that positions Allbridge for growth as the leading property technology solutions company in the US, and internationally. Drive and execute the sales portion of the company’s strategic, and Annual Operating Plan to deliver significant share gain and annual double-digit growth; make recommendations for the sales commission plan. Take initiative to actively collaborate cross functionally to develop and sell solutions that provide differentiated value to targeted customers, supporting the well-executed delivery of all customer project installation activities, quality, revenue, and gross margins. Responsible for day-to-day support within the function taking ownership of job performance, seeking direction to improve, applying feedback, aligning with others, and working as a team player to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction . Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with internal teams, striving to enhance the level of mutual cooperation . Required Qualifications Preference to have s uccessful completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or international equivalent) in sales and marketing, business administration, business development, information technology, construction management, or another related field. Minimum of seven years of customer-facing work experience developing relationships with key decision makers. Demonstrated experience in the property technology space, closing sales in voice, data, and video technology . Experience with customers in the hospitality and multi-family commercial real estate development, construction, and ownership space. D emonstrated experience d evelop ing a robust sales pipeline with continual growth to achieve Annual Operating Plan targets. Must be able to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced, and high-volume work environment, operating with a high level of detail and conscientiousness. Uses new information or approaches to overcome major resistance or objections. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both technically and interpersonally in the English language. Exhibits openness to receiving and responding to constructive feedback. Clearly communicates timelines and expectations to team members, making decisions in a timely manner when the options are clear and there is little pressure or risk. Demonstrated aptitude to become proficient in and to meet and / or exceed job expectations operating with a willingness to learn and gain proficiency . Proven ability to understand and apply company resources in accordance with company policy, standards, and best practices. Must have a demonstrated ability to operate with a high sense of urgency, professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and ethics. Supports the team in building value through creativity and ingenuity, providing leading edge and cost-effective solutions considering new methods to drive the customer advantage. Demonstrated intermediate level PC skills with the ability to effectively operate within a Windows Operating System and Windows based programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Project. Preference to have intermediate level Salesforce experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able and remain flexible to travel to various current and prospective customer , sales, and project locations - domestic and international, as needed.
