Guided by the PassageWay Elements, we strive to create a positive environment for growth and wellness for both our clients and staff.\n\nPosition Description:\nThe Case Manager is the central force of both the internal and external treatment team. The Case Manager obtains, provides, and utilizes all clinical information about the client to develop the treatment plan, present the client’s status, and communicate about the treatment process. The Case Manager is the primary liaison between all parties involved with the client’s case.
