We're the kind of place where you can find first-timers delighting in their find, long-time regulars browsing the stacks, and events ranging from political correspondent panels to paint and sips and comedy nights. Our full-service cafe and bar, combined with our extended hours and phenomenal book selection, make Kramers a popular destination for a wonderfully eclectic group of guests. Our Food Runners play a very important part in ensuring an extraordinary hospitality experience for each and every one of our guests by: delivering food and beverages to guests clearing and cleaning tables, floors and service areas completing side work tasks ensuring the work area is organized, and consistently providing warm, genuine and engaging customer service to all of our guests. You'll ideally have at least a year's experience at executing under pressure in a high-volume, full service environment. Qualifications High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred High energy and stamina.
