Resolves competing priorities and trade-offs; reports strategy, roadmap, and progress to System Strategy leadership Defines and tracks outcome measures and KPIs for EDW modernization. Sets data governance, data quality, and master data management requirements; ensures alignment with federal reporting obligations Owns technical solutions, specifications, and vendor deliverables for feasibility and roadmap alignment.
