This role is responsible for leading the design of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for large-scale greenfield and retrofit projects while collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise in industrial facility and data center electrical design.\nResponsibilities\nDesign electrical power systems for data centers and other complex industrial facilities.\nDevelop construction documents for medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems.\nDesign UPS, emergency power, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communications systems.\nPerform electrical engineering calculations, system layouts, and equipment selection.\nConduct quality reviews of engineering design packages to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to establish project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.\nInterface directly with clients, owners, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.\nProvide engineering support during construction, including field visits and issue resolution.\nParticipate in the design of both new greenfield facilities and retrofit projects.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring successful project delivery.\nLead and mentor Electrical Engineers on project teams.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license required.\nMinimum of 6 years of experience designing medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems and building electrical systems.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience designing data center facilities.\nExperience with campus-style power distribution systems.\nExtensive experience in industrial facility electrical design.\nExperience designing large-scale projects on greenfield sites.\nWorking knowledge of Revit or other BIM software.\nStrong knowledge of NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code).\nProficient computer skills and familiarity with engineering design software.\nAbility to lead project teams and coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines.\nStrong communication and client-facing skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with hyperscale data centers or AI Factory projects.\nExperience supporting construction activities and field engineering.\nStrong project management and technical leadership skills.\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled\nBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
