Job DescriptionPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate pricing.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. The Successful Applicant The right candidate will posses: Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
