Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work independently, prioritize, and carry out instructions. This role will require overtime.\nResponsibilities:\nOpen/close bank accounts by completing KYC requirements.\nDaily payment reconciliation by using ERP (Yardi) and Treasury Workstation (Kyriba).\nInput payments across the firm's banking portals and Treasury Workstation.\nMaintenance of the ERP and Treasury Workstation for new bank accounts, closure of bank accounts, monitoring overdraft, H2H connectivity, etc.\nHandle treasury inquiries from various departments including Accounting, AP, Tax, etc.\nAdd/remove ACH IDs (Allowable IDs) on company's bank accounts to assist tax payments.\nPerform and monitor callback procedures for new vendors and investors.\nAudit employees' monthly expense reports in Concur and Uber.\nHandle external and internal audit requests.\nSupport administration of multiple lines of credit (borrowing/paydowns, reporting, covenant compliance, etc.)\nAssist various ad-hoc projects, not limited to treasury.\n\nQualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, banking, or financial services related roles.\nBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study.\nAcute understanding of accounting principles and processes\nFamiliarity with ERP and TMS (including Yardi and Kyriba) is a plus.\nExperience in MS Office Suite, extensive familiarity with Excel is strongly encouraged.\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nThe ability to work independently but also collaboratively with a team is essential.\nProblem solving skills and resourcefulness a must.\nAbility to adapt to constantly shifting priorities.\nExcellent communication skills\n\n#LI-Onsite\nAt DigitalBridge, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse employees want to work and where they can flourish professionally.
