What matters most is reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.Essential ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient plant operations.Monitor process controls, gauges, and equipment performance to ensure safe and effective operation.Collect product samples according to standard operating procedures and perform or coordinate quality testing.Make process adjustments based on quality results and operating conditions.Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and shift documentation.Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance on equipment.Assist with minor equipment repairs and identify maintenance needs.Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment, as required.Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.Perform other duties as assigned.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for individuals who:Take initiative and work efficientlyAre dependable and motivated to perform at a high levelHave a strong attention to detailWork well as part of a teamAre willing to learn new skills and responsibilitiesCan understand and follow rules, procedures, and safety policiesHave basic reading, math, and communication skillsMinimum RequirementsAt least 18 years oldValid driver’s licenseAbility to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)Ability to:Carry 50 poundsLift up to 65 poundsPush/pull up to 120 poundsWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on industrial position. Candidates should be comfortable:Working outdoors in all weather conditionsWorking around grain dust and industrial equipmentClimbing ladders and stairs up to 120 feet highWorking rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysTypical ScheduleRotating swing shifts (8a–8p / 8p–8a)Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days offCareer Growth OpportunitiesMany Of Our Supervisors Started In An Operator Position Like This One.
