Job DescriptionController needed to take ownership of financial operations and provide clear, accurate insight into the business. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in managing reporting, controls, and overall financial performance.Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll, job costing)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flowMaintain and improve internal controls and financial processesTrack project/job costs and profitabilityCoordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulationsPartner with leadership to support business decisions with financial dataQualifications:Controller or senior accounting experienceBackground in manufacturing or construction/steel erection requiredStrong knowledge of job costing and cost accountingExperience with financial reporting and ERP systemsAbility to operate independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without current or future requirements for sponsorship of an employment-based visa status.Only the most qualified who submit a complete resume will be considered.Send resume to tonya.grimes@gogpac.com or call 614-324-8971
