The role is responsible for accounting, reporting, planning, analysis, working capital, and financial controls. The role provides accurate and timely financial information, analysis, and insights to support operational, commercial, and strategic decision-making.\n\nThe Division Controller will lead the monthly close and financial reporting process, budgeting and forecasting, cost accounting and inventory control, monitor overall financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role works closely with senior finance leadership to drive financial visibility, operational excellence, profitability, and continuous improvement across the division.\n\nThe Division Controller is located on-site in Grand Rapids, MI.\n\nThe successful candidate will be a strategic business partner to the Division President and a key member of both the division leadership team and finance organization.
