If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Perform inspections and mechanical adjustments, diagnose, repairs and parts replacement for the company fleet and heavy equipmentKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose services through proficient use of electronic equipmentAnalyze equipment malfunctions and administer the proper corrective actionEnsure repair orders are completed accurately including use of current parts and manufacturer updates and changes of vehicle/equipment requirementsPerform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisorOvertime (more than 40 hours per week) may be required at times as business needs dictatesIn depth knowledge and understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel enginesEducation & Specialized KnowledgeHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredValid Driver's License and safe driving record requiredcurrent CDL license with air brake preferred but not required5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance requiredJob Type: Full-timePhysical RequirementsMust meet physical requirements for the job, including the ability to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 70 lbs, including bulky objects. These positions require repeated reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending and onto and under a variety of equipment.
