Janitorial Cleaner

Job Description Our team is looking for a dependable and experienced Commercial Cleaner. You will provide custodial services to various commercial properties, including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; dusting shelves and electrical fixtures as needed; and emptying trash bins. You should be comfortable cleaning bathrooms as well as other public spaces. Our ideal applicant is available to clean properties on nights and weekends and has experience using various types of cleaning supplies and tools The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.ResponsibilitiesClean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)Clean restrooms and public areasDisinfect surfacesVacuum and mop floorsEmpty trash binsClean windows and mirrored surfaces as neededDust shelves and other surfaces as neededNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsStock and maintain supply roomsFollow all health and safety regulationsSkillsPrior cleaning experience strongly preferred but not requiredKnowledge of cleaning equipment and suppliesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Flexibility to work weekends and nights as neededFamiliarity with Material Safety Data SheetsIntegrityHigh school degreeBasic QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageLegally eligible to work in the United StatesAbility to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be willing to submit to a background checkMust have reliable transportationCompany Description We are a growing Commercial Cleaning Company who's looking to grow our team of Cleaning Technicians! Experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. We currently have part time cleaning positions in the evenings covering locations within the Cranberry, Wexford and Gibsonia locations . This is NOT an overnight position.
