That means our servers aren't just taking orders — you're the person explaining why the wagyu beef is worth the upgrade, and guests remember you for it.\n\nWe're hiring a server for our Palos Verdes (Southbay) location. If you're warm with people and you learn fast, we'll teach you the rest.\n\n*What you'll do*\n\n* Greet guests and read the table — regulars, first-timers, and people who've driven an hour for the Wagyu all need something different\n* Take orders on our POS and know the menu well enough to steer people to the right bowl\n* Keep food and drinks moving; check back before guests have to flag you down\n* Fix problems on the spot, before they become a review\n* Keep your section clean, stocked, and reset\n* Work with the kitchen so orders go out right the first time\n* Handle payments accurately and follow food safety and sanitation standards\n\n*What we're looking for*\n\n* Genuinely likes people — this is the part we can't train\n* Comfortable in a busy dining room and able to juggle several tables without dropping the thread\n* Reliable with numbers and cash handling\n* Shows up on time and helps teammates without being asked\n* Experience with POS, OpenTable, or a food handler card is a plus, not a requirement\n* Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus\n* Must have a car and driver license\n\n*What you get*\n\n* 18-30/hour with tips (realistically $27/hr on average)\n* Shift meal\n* Part time or Full Time\n* Imediate Opening\n* Real training on the product — you'll learn more about beef here than at most steakhouses\n* A path to lead server / shift lead as we grow across our three locations\n* We promote from within.
