The BCBA will be a source of reinforcement, guidance, and support for our clinical staff, colleagues and families. You will be responsible for conducting FBAs, designing individualized programs, and monitoring progress for our clients. This position will primarily be clinic based, providing daily supervision to our technicians, reviewing current client goals, and continuously assessing clients and evaluating or creating goals as they grow.
