Use of quality tools for Root cause analysis & initiate & implement corrective & preventiveactions. Make and Maintain a Debug guide based on data, and defect trends. Compilation of Debug data/reports and responsible for data analysis. Coordinate with the Production team to reduce/eliminate defects. Maintain and improve 5s on the shop. Perform the Mirror Man function in the PCBA assembly area to arrest defects during themanufacturing process. Identify unsafe conditions and report the sameSkills And Abilities Strong problem-solving abilities Use of Measuring equipment Teamwork with a collaborative mindset Knowledge of electronic circuits & electronic components passive as well as active.
